Step into the colors of fall.

Returning to the very special spot along the side of Hussey Mountain, we will bask in the colors of Autumn and give our hardworking bodies what they are in need of:

A peaceful moment, self-care, connection to nature and thyself.

Would you like to immerse yourself in the hemlocks, oaks, maples and pines in this nature experience as you step into the colors of fall?

This weekend is designed for a small group of individuals to preserve intimacy, authenticity and rest.

Wake up fully woven into nature from your own tent, in the middle of the forest, overlooking the valley in one of its finest moments.

The peace will reach your soul for good.

This retreat will be dedicated to coming back to your inner harmony, to rebalance and restore inner peace.

Nature connection, mindfulness and hiking will be the tools used to support and inspire this.

Everyday we will hike, practice a mindfulness technique and share this beautiful land with a like-minded group of human beings.

OUR BASECAMP

Is located in a quiet, secluded camping area on the side of Hussey Mountain. You will feel a true sense of privacy and peace here, completely nestled in the trees. This land has been family owned for generations and hosts its own trail system and unique landmarks.

Hussey Mountain is an ideal place for those who seek solitude and awe in nature. It's remote atmosphere comes with amenities such as water and shelter in order to provide comfort in this nearly secret spot in the forest.

This area is private and only accessible through reservation making it a very special place to have a moment of self reflection and wonder of nature's mind resetting views.

Katie Jones
Senior Guide,
Founder of  The Green Spiral

For more than a decade, I've worked in various outdoor fields and education.

Leading therapeutic and recreational hikes, whitewater adventures on various rivers and teaching environmental awareness in diverse educational programs has allowed me to share my passion for recreation & wellness with many.

After countless nights under the stars and guiding hundreds of individuals like yourself, I know that the energy you bring to an adventure is what matters most.

My wish is to share this peace I have found in nature, leading by example and continuing to ask myself, "How can I make myself and this world a better place?"

At my retreats you'll leave with a deeper meaning of self, your connection with the natural world and your place in it.
